Day 3 and I succumbed to temptation. Thank goodness for FitDay. I may have lost my resolve and eaten a cookie (or 6) but I can still stay under my caloric goal for the day. Unless I make that lasagna for tonight...

Hang in there! I'm on day six myself. I have the downloaded, paid version of FitDay and I love it.
I've taken to planning out the day the evening before and then programming my brain to understand that if it's not on this list, I can't eat it.
My other mantra is "[thing that I want] will still be there when the diet is over."
